The Sound Organisation represents some of the best brands in high fidelity audio equipment. To show off just how great these brands are, we've started a video series to get the word out. This is our first installment, featuring Rega's newest turntable, the Planar 8.
The Rega Planar 8 is a departure from its predecessor, the RP8. Instead, Rega Research wanted to capture the audio quality and design essence of Rega's ultimate turntable, the Naiad. Since the Naiad retailed for $40,000, Rega wanted to make the Planar 8 a more attainable and affordable version of the Naiad. The Planar 8 delivers a level of performance beyond what has been achieved at this price point before.
